Originally from Florida, Nely earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. She holds licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in multiple states, where she specialized in supporting children and families in academic settings. Her background as an educational diagnostician and counselor provided her with a strong foundation in collaboration, communication, and creating positive school experiences.
At NBPS, Nely oversees the scheduling and logistics of admissions visits, working closely with her colleagues and student ambassadors to create a personalized and memorable campus experience. She manages calendar coordination, security notifications, and follow-up communications, ensuring every family feels informed, cared for, and connected to the NBPS community.
Outside of work, Nely enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Brock, and their six children — Kaitlyn, Maddie, Greyson, Hudson, Brooke, and Jordan. She loves writing and finding creative ways to make both family and school experiences meaningful and memorable.
